The BPS Control Panel gives fully automatic Gen-set Control. Indicates operational status and fault conditions; automatically shuts down the engine and indicates the engine failure with an LCD display and specific flashing LED on panel front. Customer can alter selected timers and alarms from the front of the panel. System configurations are simple. BPS Generator Set Control Panel  -  Features and Benefits

The BPS 7310 is sophisticated Auto-Start Module that is compatible with mechanical or electronic engines - CANbus/J1939.

We use J1939 communication cable with gold plated contacts as is required by the engine manufacturers. It is designed with RS-232, RS-485 ports and optional Ethernet modules supporting various remote control and monitoring capabilities including MODbus and MODbus over TCP/IP, I/O expansion via DSEnet, and a full internal PLC editor.

The BPS 7420 is an advanced programmable mono display Auto Mains - Utility Failure Control Module packed with some of the industries leading features to enhance single-set control.

The panels can be remote mounted and we can supply a wiring harness to the length required, and quoted upon request. Fusing will need to be provided at the generator for the voltage sensing leads and we can provide the fuse block and fuses, contact us for pricing. You will still have a fuse block and fuses inside the panel as well. You will need to run the wires in conduit to meet local and state electrical codes (conduit not included).

The Deep Sea controller is considerable easier to program than most other control panels. BPS offers to walk your folks through the programming at no charge. DSE7310 has the flexibility to add many more digital or analog input/output expansion modules. DSE7310 allows you to program 4 alternative configurations, (like in a rental multi-voltage unit). It also utilizes industry standard PLC Logic and symbols for programming advanced features, unlike competitors which uses their own proprietary custom language. DSE offers a free cloud based Webnet gateway service for monitoring, diagnostics, establishing a perimeter fence, and run/stop features, (requires landline phone, Ethernet, or cell service and a DSE module).

BPS E400 Pump Control Panel (Can be configured for pump-up or pump-down operation.) :
This engine control module offers flexible control with built-in monitoring and protection. The control module is compatible with Tier 4 electronic and mechanical diesel engines and can be fully configured for a wide range of applications including engine driven pumps and compressors. All engine control functions including engine start, speed, and clutch control can be achieved automatically and manually. The free software and firmware can be simply field updated. Programming is easy and free support is available.

The pricing includes a 10 foot long harness with a Deutsch connector to mate directly to the engine wiring harness connector. Custom lengths are also available to suit your needs.

The new BPS E050 Engine Color Display & DSEE050 Controller provides configurable engine monitoring functionality for a wide range of engine types and applications like generators, pumps, compressors, etc. Specifically developed to to meet the requirements of J1939, Tier 4F, Stage 5.

It allows users to create custom configurations, event sequences and user interface screens. Users can also add your company's logo to the display’s start-up screen and select a light or dark background when the module is in use, improving operator viewing.
